PCD Pre-Milling Cutter

Pre-mills are rotating tools with one or more teeth. Each tooth intermittently cuts the workpiece in turn during operation. It’s mainly used on milling machines to machine flat surfaces, steps, grooves, shaped surfaces and to cut off workpieces. On edge banding machines, the main function is to mill the edge of the board before the edge band is applied.
