– **Products**: Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You must request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

– **Custom Products**: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

**2. Process for Requesting a Refund**

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
 
– **Contact Us**: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@lihotools.com or 86-153 7779 4231 within 15days of receiving your product or service. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

– **Return the Product**: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. The customers need to pay the return shipping. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
– **Inspection and Approval**: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.
 
– **Refund Method**: We will process your refund within 3 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

**3. Non-Refundable Items**

The following items are non-refundable:

– Custom products
– Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
– Products that are returned more than 15 days after delivery

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your products, please return your item(s) and place a new order & feel free to mention any changes that we should take into account from your previous order.

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
