Solid carbide drilling for wood and aluminum
These drill bits are made from solid tungsten carbide for specified wood and aluminum drilling applications. Select the required diameter and working length against the material, hole depth and machine setup.
Available specifications
All dimensions are in millimetres. Each diameter range represents the listed size group, rather than a single adjustable drill. Specify the exact diameter required within the range when requesting a quotation. Cutting length and overall length are paired as shown.

Confirm the drill for your application
Send the exact hole diameter, depth, through-hole or blind-hole requirement, workpiece material and thickness, machine model, shank/collet size and rotation direction. For aluminum, include the alloy or grade and available chip-removal or coolant arrangement. For wood, identify the wood species or board construction.
Shank dimensions, point geometry and operating parameters must be confirmed for the selected diameter. Do not infer spindle speed or feed from the dimensional table alone. Discuss a trial on the intended workpiece when the application is new.
