PCD Split-Design Hinge Drill
This PCD hinge boring bit is intended for machine drilling of hinge holes. Its cutting head and chip-clearance layout are shown in the gallery, including a close view of the cutting edges.
Materials
Listed workpiece materials include solid wood, hardwood, MDF/density board, silicate board and compact laminate. Select clean, low-contamination material; boards containing substantial impurities are not recommended.

This tool is not intended for handheld machines. Specify the required hole diameter, drilling depth and spindle details so the correct head and shank can be confirmed.

Send the hinge-hole diameter, depth, board material, rotation and machine model. The 10 mm D-flat and 12.7 mm shanks are different versions. This product is not specified for handheld drilling.
